Managing Partner

Rania is the Managing Partner of IVERSA Law Firm, where she leads both contentious and non-contentious legal matters. With a strong academic background and over a decade of professional experience, Rania specializes in corporate and commercial law, investment law, and public-private partnerships.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Law from a university in Indonesia and a Master’s degree in Comparative Laws from a university in Malaysia. Rania's career began with one of Singapore’s leading companies, where she worked for seven years as a Legal Advisor. In this role, she focused on Indonesia-related matters and transactions for the company’s branches in Singapore and Malaysia.

Rania has extensive experience advising both local and international clients across a wide range of legal sectors, including infrastructure projects, corporate restructuring, and banking law. In addition to corporate law, Rania has provided expert legal guidance on investment law across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.

A highly respected figure in the legal community, Rania has also served as a Legal Consultant for various government bodies, providing critical legal services for Public-Private Partnership Projects. Furthermore, she plays an integral role as a mentor for special education in the advocate profession in Indonesia, fostering the development of future legal professionals.

Her strategic approach to legal challenges and her ability to navigate complex, cross-border transactions make her a trusted advisor to her clients. She is an active member of several prestigious legal associations, including:

  • Indonesian Advocate Association (PERADI)

  • Indonesian Competition Lawyers Association (ICLA)

  • Indonesian Receivers & Administrators Association (AKPI)

Risa is a Partner at IVERSA, bringing his extensive expertise and in-depth knowledge in corporate law to the firm. With a proven track record in advising both local and international clients, Risa has successfully handled a wide range of matters, from local to complex cross-border transactions.

Before joining IVERSA, Risa gained valuable experience at a corporate law firm and a multinational company, where he developed a deep understanding of investment law. Throughout his career, Riza has represented clients in high-profile cases, built strong client relationships, and led numerous projects, consistently delivering favorable outcomes.

Risa is recognized for his strategic approach to legal challenges, focusing on providing innovative solutions while mitigating risks. He has also contributed to the development of the firm’s practice. Risa holds a degree in Law and is an active member of Indonesian Advocate Association (PERADI)​ & Indonesian Competition Lawyers Association (ICLA).
